There’s no trick. We simply sell OEM copies of the programs. This means our programs don’t come with box, paper documents and manual. You receive a ZIP archive with the program you have purchased. It’s 100% working and has all functions of the boxed version. We do not sell demos or trial versions. The only difference is that you need to unpack such program and run installation wherever you want. We provide our users with description concerning application installation.

Sure, large companies have their own computer technicians and so they do not need software boxes and manuals. They simply need a disc with program or an archive with installer. No, our company sells archives only. We cannot ship you a CD. However, you can download the program and burn it to CD. This is not restricted.

Unfortunately, we cannot give it to you. You purchase OEM version and it doesn’t come with the certificate. Sure we provide all customers with serial numbers and activation guidance. The software you get is a complete version and you get all updates from Microsoft website.

We do not set up any speed limits, so you can download software even if your connection is slow. We recommend using download managers like FlashGet or ReGet in this case as you can stop and continue your download later. Programs like FlashGet are very easy to use as they actually do everything automatically. However, please, note that it will take much time to download an archive if your connection is very slow. For example, you will need to wait 8-10 hours to download 100MB package using 56 kbps connection. If your connection is 512 kbps, you will download the same archive in 1-1.5 hours, so it’s recommended that you find a better connection to download our software.

Yes, we have money back policy which you can read in the corresponding section of the website. As bank transactions cannot be performed fast, it takes time to get a refund. Usually customers have to wait for 6-8 days. If you are not satisfied please contact us first.
