    The cases in which full refund can be issued:
    - Because of computer problems you cannot download the purchased program,
    - You have made a purchase, but have not downloaded the program, realizing you don’t need it,
    - Other reasons that will be classified essential by our Support Team (for example, you cannot install the program and the Support cannot resolve this issue or the purchased program doesn’t work correctly).

    Our company leaves the right to reverse the transaction in the following cases:
    - No attempts to download the purchased software within 10 days,
    - We have doubts concerning the legitimacy of the transaction.
    No prior notification is made in these cases.

    You cannot receive full refund in case your computer doesn't meet minimal software requirements for the purchased program. When you make a purchase, you agree you know about minimal computer requirements.

    You will not be given any refund in case you don’t have enough knowledge to work with the purchased software. A purchase is a confirmation that you have basic computer knowledge, aware of software functionality and understand how software works.
