- 1. Legal Contract Important Information
- 1.1. The following contract is an agreement between you, the Customer, and Oem-Store.Biz. When you shop, place an order and make a purchase, you automatically accept this agreement. (further all references “you” and “your” mean the Customer, while Oem-Store.Biz, this online store or its affiliates are referenced as “Store” or “Site”). The Store has the right to change these and terms and conditions without prior notice. Terms and conditions present on the website at the time of your purchase are those that have legal power.
- 2. Basic Issues concerning making a purchase at Oem-Store.Biz
- 2.1. We provide software only in the languages mentioned in the software description or provided by support specialist. If no language is mentioned, the program is available in English. You can find out additional information by contacting our Support team;
- 2.2. Customers must follow the rules concerning software downloading and installation;
- 2.3. The software purchased cannot be registered with the manufacturer. Though all updates and system upgrades are available for you;
- 2.4. Printed documentation and license are not available;
- 2.5. No disc with the copy of the purchased program is provided;
- 2.6. The Site provides users with detailed instructions concerning software downloading and installation. Once the product is downloaded and installed no technical support is provided. Our Support team provides help only with the installation and adjustment issues. You cannot receive technical support from the software manufacturer as well.
- 2.7. In case you are going to purchase any of the programs mentioned in the list below, you confirm you already have installed CD/DVD burning software or plan to purchase or obtain it in any other way. Your CD burning software must support image disks creation. Also you must already have or plan to purchase DVD-ROM hardware.
- 2.7.1. Here is the list of products that require burning on a disc. Installation should be started from disc in this case:
- Windows XP Professional (with or without Service Packs)
- Windows Vista (all versions, both 32 and 64 bit systems)
- Windows 7 Ultimate, Home, Professional (both 32- and 64-bit versions)
- Other versions of Windows
- Leopard 10.5
- Leopard Snow 10.6
- Autodesk Inventor 11, 2009, 2010
- 3. Delivery of the program you have purchased with Oem-Store.Biz
- 3.1. After purchase you need to get the program by downloading it. Once you have made a successful order, it’s processed and a confirmation mail is sent to you. This mail contains instructions about downloading and activating the product. Please make sure you use a valid e-mail.
- 3.2. In general orders are processed within 1 hour, so this is the estimated time for receiving access to the Store’s Download Center. If you have not received the confirmation mail during 1 hour, please contact us and the Site will send you confirmation mail with download link again.
- 4. Downloading format of your purchase
- 4.1. When you get access to our Download Center, you will need to download archived software. Our products come either in ZIP or in RAR archives. We provide our users with the instructions how to unpack software from the archives.
- 5.1. An extra fee of 6.5 USD is to be paid with each transaction.
- 6.1. Here are the situations when we cannot issue the refund:
- 6.1.1. Your computer doesn’t fit minimal requirements for the purchased software. Please make sure your computer has enough system resources to run the purchased software.
- 6.1.2. The software is sold assuming customers have basic computer knowledge and understand how software works. We cannot make a moneyback if the customer is not able to understand, utilize or install the purchased software.
- 6.2. We cannot make partial refunds due to the rules of our processing center.
- 6.3. By placing an order and making a purchase the Customer agrees he/she has basic knowledge concerning the purchased software functions. The Store has no responsibility for any potential damage caused by the improper use of the purchased software.
